It is time to think of those outstanding postsecondary educators who are deserving of recognition for their outstanding classroom competency and professional involvement in the world language community.
This award honors Dr. Ray Verzasconi, Professor Emeritus of Spanish (Oregon State University) and longtime Executive Director of PNCFL. Nominees for this award must have been a member of PNCFL for a minimum of three consecutive years. This award recognizes outstanding teaching, service, and/or research at the university level. Nominees must be affiliated with a college or university within the PNCFL region (referring to PNCFL’s six member states).

Nominees for this award must have been a member of PNCFL for a minimum of three consecutive years.
Nominees may not have won this award before nor may they be members of the PNCFL board at the time of nomination.

Each state association may nominate one person per award according to the following guidelines.
In the nomination, please explain how the individual has made a significant contribution to his/her institution.
Each nomination must be submitted before 5:00 pm Pacific time on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022.
