Lingo, the Pacific Northwest Council for Languages (PNCFL) newsletter, has established itself as the leading regional information resource in the Pacific Northwest. Twice each year, Lingo details successful language programs and course materials, shares professional development opportunities and conferences, reports on state and national language policy, and follows second language acquisition research.
Our readership is comprised of those who most need to stay informed on second language education issues: classroom teachers, university instructors, graduate students, teacher trainers, course developers, and world language organizations. We currently have over 800 subscribers in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.
PNCFL welcomes short articles, descriptions of innovative courses, reviews of teaching materials, and other items of interest to language teaching professionals.
